I just got the travel stick as a Christmas present and I love it! I no sooner got it and started trying it out on my quads and hamstrings and it felt so great- they have been feeling tired, tight and sore from running. I then started trying it on my calves, and wow! I didn't even realize how much they were in need of a massage! My legs started feeling refreshed as I worked them. The travel size is perfect for me and I love that I can control the pressure of the massage myself! I think this is a great product for me because I can't always afford to go get a professional massage, yet with this I feel like I'll get about the same benefits.
