I received this bench as a birthday gift. Great bench! Quality of this bench is very good and sturdy. The leg attachment is a great feature for decline position, I was doing decline dumbell bench presses on another bench without the attachment and had to set weights on the floor to get back up with this I just pull myself up with my legs, Great. I read in one reveiw that the bench was not stable, I disagree it is very stable and strong. When I first assembled it (on carpet) and then moved it into positon (ceramic tile)it was uneven, just loosen the bolts on the back legs and retighten, perfect! The directions were easy to follow and went together very easily. When doing workout I put my feet on the feet of the bench and it adds to the stablity of the workout. It is also a Great Looking Bench on top of everything else. I have lifted weights for many, many years and as far as benches go this is very comfortable.
