I had purchased two exercise discs. One I could inflate, the other the nozzle didn't look the same and I was not able to inflate it. I sent a complaint via email and the Isokinetic person send me a return form and shared that a replacement would be sent as soon as the other was received. It was a simple process and I was pleased with the prompt response. However, the next one I recieved had the same issue. I'm almost convinced it's the same one I had returned. So, I'm not pleased that someone had not checked to ensure product quality, especially after my complaint. The other one is just fine.
