I'd highly recommend this and all fitdeck products! We generally work out for an hour at a time - start with a 1-2 mile run, then do a handful of fitdeck cards, then about 10 minutes of stretching. The hour goes by really fast. By shuffling the cards and drawing them in random order, you get something different for each workout...which keeps it from getting boring. For me, since I have to look at a card every minute or so, it also keeps me mentally engaged, so I don't zone out. We usually didn't work out when we traveled, but now we take the bodyweight fitdeck with us so we make it a point to at least squeeze in a light workout. We love it!Get more detail about FitDeck Bodyweight.

FitDeck is a great concept. What's even better is that it has an app on BlackBerry. Check it out at fitdeckmobile.com
ReplyDeleteAwesome... I liked all fitdeck products.
ReplyDeleteI can't afford to buy really expensive home gym equipments; like Treadmill,ab machines etc, so I definitely use your suggestion.
