I paid for and ordered a size 5.5 shoe. Three weeks later, I received a size 6 which was marked clearly on the box and the bottom of the shoe! I paid ten dollars for shipping costs.
Their return policy says that the consumer is expected to pay the return postage, and I have not yet heard whether or not my money will be refunded.
