I just wanted to put a note out here for anyone considering this machine but leary of buying sight unseen. My husband and I looked at numerous other treadmills at the local retail and sports stores because I was nervous about buying a treadmill I couldn't see before our purchase. However, I had read so many good reviews on this product, that I decided to move forward sight unseen. It is a beautiful piece of equipment and very well made! Much nicer than the ones we saw in the stores. So, if you are leary (like I was) about buying before seeing, you can rest assured the quality is outstanding and the appearance is very nice!! As far as the workings of the machine, I just got it so I can't really say much about that end of it, but if it is anything like the quality and appearance, I am sure it will be outstanding as well.
