You can get a pretty good workout with these bands. There's a purple band that provides even more resistance, but it's not included in this particular package. I suppose you can double up the two lighter bands--the red and green--but not having a choice of the purple, the ultra-heavy resistance, is my only criticism.Get more detail about SPRI Advanced Traveling Trainer.
